This was ridiculously delicious. I served it with noodles the first night and quinoa the second. It’s better the next day. I subbed in fresh roma tomatoes and cooked them down with the onions and spices before adding coconut milk and also added in curry powder. I’m going to try this again with cod fillets next. Helpful (0) Crispy and Tender Baked Chicken Thighs 12/03/2015 I've probably made this half a dozen times. It's one of my favorite chicken recipes. While the chicken is baking in the oven, your entire house smells delicious. I find that the quantities listed for each spice is inadequate to properly rub all your chicken, so I always mix everything x 4 when I make this. Helpful (1) Bread Machine Thin Crust Pizza Dough 12/02/2015 Perfect restaurant quality crust. I followed the recipe exactly and baked it at 500 F on a pizza stone. This dough recipe is moist, very easy to work with and delicious. I followed other reviewers recommendation and added garlic powder to the olive oil in the par bake step. Helpful (0) Carrot Soup 11/24/2015 Amazingly yummy soup. I swapped out the butter with margarine and reduced the quantity by half; and I doubled the garlic. I let the soup simmer for a while until dinner was ready and the carrots get even sweeter as the soup breaks down. The flavours are incredible, I could eat this soup all day. Helpful (0) Italian Cheese Bread 11/22/2015 Deliciously moist and subtle herb and cheese flavour. I substituted cheddar in place of jack cheese and used the bread machine to just mix and proof the dough. After the dough was made, I added more flour, punched down the dough and let it rise 30 minutes before putting the bread into the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
