Directions

Place coconut into a bowl. Sprinkle sugar on top, then add cream and mix gently. Roll dough into balls using approximately 1/2 tablespoon for each.

Place cinnamon into a plastic bag, add a few balls, and shake until coated. Repeat with remaining cookies.
