Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings ¾ cup butter 2 ripe bananas 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup rolled oats ½ cup chopped walnuts Directions Cream the butter or margarine until light and fluffy.
