On-site parking, an outdoor pool and hot tub, 24-hour security, and rooftop grills enhance your stay and keep you coming back for more.

Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Great place to spend for a week.The rooms are clean with outstanding views.Its quite pricey, but it is San Diego, and you're paying for the views and the proximity to everything that is walking distance.

The views from this apartment were stunning. The apartment was extremely well equipped and easy to access. Our family had a very, lovely stay in our "Capri by the Sea" lodgings and will definitely return when we go back to San Diego.

An oceanfront condos with panoramic view of the Pacific beach. Stayed here 2 nights and it was splendid. The rooms are spacious with grand view of the ocean from floor to the ceiling with a terrace access, though small, just enough to enhance the experience. The best part i having that white noise of waves if you leave a crack of the terrace open during the night and its like having a natural air conditioning. Location is optimum, very close to cafes, stores, restaurants and shopping area. Stunning views of the sunset and the early morning surfers. With the pier hotel as a backdrop, this location is a must for photographers and social media influencers alike.
