There are hair chameleons and then there are hair shapeshifters. Ciara is absolutely the latter, changing up her look with an incredible array of wigs on a seemingly daily basis. In just the last week alone, she's been seen wearing a platinum lob and super-long, super-straight, black pigtails with braided bases, blunt bangs, an braided tendrils framing her face. She doesn't need a special occasion to change things up, but it's a very special occasion that inspired Ciara to skip the wigs and show off her natural hair.
The singer, dancer, and entrepreneur shared photos to both her Instagram Stories and in a video on her grid to celebrate her son Win's third birthday. Unsurprisingly, this kid is as cute as can be — just look at those incredible curls! That is if you can take your eyes of Ciara's own natural curls.
"Mommy natural curls with baby boy Win," Ciara wrote below one of the photos, in which she's holding Win and beaming with megawatt-smile pride. Parted in the middle, Ciara's curly hair is looking shiny and voluminous — like mother, like son.
Although Ciara loves wigs, it's clear her natural hair is just as if not more beautiful, and this is not the first time she's shown it off. It's no wonder she does, considering she's talked about how proud she is that it's grown so well after relying on extensions for so long after relaxer damage. "The first time I got a relaxer when I was young, it took out my hair. I was devastated. I never thought my hair would grow back. So proud," she said on Instagram back in 2019.
And with Win, she's got even more to be proud of since then.
