Rita Ora’s Two-Tone Mullet Is One Hell of a Way to Kick Off December

And the eyebrows? Amazing.

In the market for holiday party hair inspo? Well, if you were hoping for something classic—perhaps a French twist or loose, glistening waves with a sparkly barrette—Rita Ora is not the droid you're looking for. Sure, she's spent the last few months sporting mostly timeless, long looks, but for The Fashion Awards in London, the singer and Masked Singer judge colored way outside the lines and started December with an unexpected hairstyle that's truly a gift to us all.

Ora arrived at the Royal Albert Hall in an oversized, gray suit, pink tie, and outright oodles of rings and bracelets along with a gigantic pair of swirling silver earrings. And those earrings are unobstructed thanks to her hair: one of the most phenomenal and creative mullets in recent history.

On top, her hair is bleach-blonde and spiked to an impressive height. And the party (up front) don't stop. It's pretty spiky all the way to the back of her head. And then, just when you think you can predict what the rest of the mullet looks like, she goes and dyes it another color.

Right at the nape of her neck, Ora's hair makes a dramatic shift to wispy brown curls—a fun twist on an already free-spirited and edgy style.

To complete the look, Ora's brows are bleached to match the blonde portion of her hair. I suppose she could've done one blonde and one brown, but instead, she opted for a bronzy-brown lip color to pull it all together.

As much as Ora is willing to experiment with her hair, I suspect the mullet is a wig. But she is one-hundred-percent pulling it off, so I wouldn't blame her if she decided after this to really go for it.
