My 3 year old loves this game. There were several spots to dig, but not all of them contained dinosaur bones. This kept my kid interested but didn't discourage her when the spot she dug didn't contain any bones. She would sit for hours and play this game and was fascinated every time she uncovered all the pieces. She's always asking me to watch her so she can show me what she can do.
