    Awesome product! Perfect fit for Husqvarna 54 in zero turn mower front wheel bearings. Would recommend that you replace factory grommet bearings with these bearings here. be careful to use channel lock pliers to lay over the outside face of the bearing for Hammer striking surface when installing to keep from damaging the bearing with direct Hammer blows. Also use machine oil grease to help with installation.

    These are very nice bearings -- and the design means that they *should* last longer than the original, sleeve bearings. I did ding them on the "Easy to install" category, though, as I am going to have to make a trip to the local hardware store to get some spacers or washers to make up for the difference in depth. The tractor works okay without the extra washers, but there's just a little bit of extra play that I'd rather eliminate. It would be nice if the extra washers were included -- or offered/suggested -- even at the cost of a couple of extra bucks. I'm going to have to spend the money, anyway. It would have been nice to have had the washers at hand in the first place and not be faced with going out to the store and coming back to finish (in my case, redo) the job.

    Other than that, nice quality, from the look and feel of them. (I do have experience in manufacturing heavy equipment, so I have somewhat of a feel for these things.)

    These are sealed rolling element bearings replacing OEM journal bearings. The wheel rim grease fittings can still be used, but it isn't clear that the grease can ever find its way to the rolling elements. Hopefully the bearings last at least as long as sealed bearings should.
