HOW TO

Set up your Storefront

Follow these easy
steps to get started.

Build your page on mobile

1. Navigate to “Update your page”
Sign into the Amazon Mobile App with the email address you used to join the program. Tap the icon on the bottom that looks like a person. Scroll to the ‘Your Account’ section and tap ‘Your Storefront.’ Tap ‘Edit my Storefront,’ then ‘Update Your Page.’
2. Update your profile photo
Tap the camera icon in the small box and choose a photo from your Photo Library or take a new photo.
3. Update your cover photo
Tap the camera icon on the bottom right of the large box and choose a photo from your Photo Library or take a new photo. Recommended size: 1275px X 284px, less than 5MB.
4. Add a page title
This should help customers identify who you are. It could be your name, social handle, or brand. Do not include the name of any social media network or Amazon trademark in your Storefront name. For example, “Jen’s Facebook Finds” is not allowed and should be changed to “Jen’s Favourite Finds” or similar.
5. Add a page tagline and save
This should describe what this page is, like “Shop all my favourite products!” Make sure to tap “Save” to preserve all your changes.

Creating your Storefront just got easier

Did you know you no longer need to go to Associates Central to update your Storefront profile? You can now edit your Storefront profile photo, cover photo and bio on Storefront itself. With this new launch, you can select or crop to the exact area of the photo that you want displayed as your profile or cover photo, and you can now also add links to your social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube) on your Storefront so followers and other customers can get to know you better!
“The Amazon Influencer program has allowed us to connect with our community in a very intentional way. We tailor the boards on our storefront to complement the educational content we share with our audience about fashion trends on our social channels, which builds trust and intrigue.”
“My top 3 tips for any aspiring creators on Amazon are these: 1. link at least one product a day! the more you link, the better your chances are of making sales. 2. review your analytics and share your weekly and monthly top sellers to generate more sales on your top performers - and if they're out of stock, always suggest a similar option. And lastly, when linking your items, share a mix of direct product links and storefront. For example, if sharing your favourite throw blanket, link to the blanket first, then take a photo of the blanket in your living room and link everything that's from amazon or similar items to a shoppable photo. This will help generate multiple sales across all categories and drive up your items per transaction. And lastly, treat this like any other business; review your wins and losses monthly to see what is resonating best with your audience.”
