Overall the display case is nice and super easy to build. Wish I had not a defective product so I could enjoy it 100% to the show. A piece for the inside stand is missing and one piece had the protective film 2-3 inches unwrapped so it has a scratch on the corner and also the back panel has like a blade scratch. If I had no hurry I’ll send it back to Amazon but I need it asap for the show.
If it wasn’t because of that, the display would be a 5 star for the price.

When I had first purchased this I was excited to get it assembled and to use it as I had intended.
There was a slight issue with the product but it was remedied in a quick and timely manner even though I had a busy holiday schedule.

glass wall didn’t fit properly,broken wood, lights not workingthe hole in the wood doesn’t match to the one in the glass so the wall glass doesn’t fit at all. we put a lil pressure and the wood had a little crack on it. you can see the glass wall didn’t connect each other, had a little gap. and oh the lights came with it doesn’t work. I really don’t care about the lights but it would be cool if it’s working. I didn’t bother returning. too much work but save your money from this! having hard time putting it together coz the glass wall doesn’t stay because of the hall didn’t match at all.

Missing the 2 acrylic side pieces for the riser on my second order. Excellent customer care.I ordered 2 of these within a week of each other, the first one came with everything listed on the page but the second one is missing the two acrylic pieces for the risers so it would seem its the luck of the draw whether or not you get everything. Otherwise its pretty easy to put together and looks quite nice.

Perfect for collectables, somewhat easy to assemble. I added a dab of crazy glue on the joints on the shelves so it doesn’t fall apart if moved…. It’s sturdier with the glue. I haven’t added glue to the cube yet, my concern was the steps holding the collectables. High recommend 🎉

After assembly I love this display case!! I used is to display memorial items for my son's memorial stand. I have not used the inside stand yet. I basically turned it into a huge shadow box but I'm not finished with it I haven't made decals for the clear parts yet. It was as heavier than I expected but packed great nothing broke. The plexiglass has film on both sides it's a pain to peal off but it gets finger prints so easily so I'm glad it was there. The little cloth with it didn't work to remove prints, glass cleaner didn't but a microfiber cloth actually works best to remove them.
It was a pain to put together at first sides and back kept falling took 3 of us a bit to realize what problem was. It does come with instructions. The slots in the wood top and bottom are slightly smaller than the plastic pegs that go in them. So you have to take a rubber mallet and tap each side gently down into wood. Then hold door in and align the top and tap it with mallet also. It will lock it together so no glue needed. Once assembly is done it is sturdy but plexiglass does still bend. I put a purple butterfly keychain on the door hole to help with easier opening.
My only real complaint is the hole on one of the stands boards however I'm putting little things on it so I should be able to cover it so can't see it. The wood is sanded but unfinished. It actually would look beautiful to stain it to see the patterns that come through.
I didn't know it came with a set of fairy lights they are wrapped around the stuffed moth and hibiscus vine I added so it lights up that way as well. I reccomend this display and thinking about buying a few more. Love the look and very sturdy for what I need them for and it protects my most cherished things for my son. Thank you!!
