  I bought the charger on August 20 and fell in love with the ease of charging. The controller sits perfectly. It took some time for the charging light in the one dock to work but it has worked beautifully until now.
  At this time, the battery pack in the controller is not charging despite the base light indicating it has fully charged. It has been just over a month of use and it seems like the one battery pack or charging dock has failed. Disappointed at the purchase.
