About the author

Dr. Angus McLeod's raison d'etre is to leverage both performance AND behavioral change in executives and teams. He has designed/facilitated many learning-journey programs and, since 2004, work-culture change programs too. Off-the-shelf ones include a Coach Development Program providing coaching skills for use in day-to-day management in the UK Health Service, Westminster Government, CBRE, BAe, Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte, Glencore-Xstrata and elsewhere. The undercurrent to his work is based upon practical learning that can be applied in the workplace the same day. He works in the field of Global Leadership with Wharton and at Fox School, Temple University. Angus designed highly successful web-based learning journeys in coaching and related subjects at different qualification levels for about 20,000 learners, most recently at the Coaching Foundation and at www.Gnowbe.com where his digital apps for leaders are at the forefront of learning technology for executives on the move. Dr. Angus McLeod is a coach and author. He regularly contributes at international conferences, with many published articles on leadership and coaching performance in the international press. He has held thirteen corporate board appointments starting in retail, environment, power, chemical and, more recently, in people-development organizations. He now lives mainly in the US. Dr. McLeod is Visiting Professor of Coaching at Birmingham City University and closely associated with the thriving Business School where his research interests include applied research in coaching & leadership.
