  These bananas arrived completely green. I took them out of the plastic and put them in the fruit basket. After five days, they were just as green as when they arrived. I tried to peel one, but it was impossible. In the end, I removed the peel with a knife to find a rubbery, dried out banana inside. I tasted it and it was completely bitter and dry. I don't know what happen, perhaps it was picked too soon or frozen for two long. Ended up in the food waste bin.
