Great product and Anker customer support.
Excellent product. Nice and compact for travel. Come with 20w nano charger of the same color and it’s charging cable also matches the the same color of the device and all are very durable and of good quality. Mine unfortunately decided it wanted to stop charging the wireless earbud case spot behind the tilting MagSafe phone charging adapter and I didn’t notice at first but because it wasn’t packed well it also has a very small crack where the plastic surrounds the phone charging portion. Shame on you Amazon. So times you guys pack things correctly but most of the time my stuff is just floating around in their shipping box with no packing. Fortunately I haven’t had to have to many things replaced but YOU Amazon are horrible at packing for shipping. Don’t know how you train people or if you even do because what Amazon considers packed for shipping is throwing a product in its retail box inside a shipping box with no packing to secure it or protect it. Learn how to ship better. If you guys need some one to come give a packing lesson. I’m available and used to work in shipping and receiving and also used to ship to expensive custom motorcycle parts all over and never had something get damaged. Get with it Amazon. I’ll be filing formal complaints about the horrible packing you lazy workers do in the warehouse where it’s done. It’s a joke. Seriously, you NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO PROPERLY PACK OR ILL JUST SEND EVERYTHING BACK GOR A REPLACEMENT OVER AND OVER UNTIL IT CONES PACKED CORRECTLY. when I receive the replacement from Anker directly I’ll take pictures and show you what real packing looks likeI contacted Anker support and Genae is awesome. She took care of getting me a warranty replacement within minutes and I’ll revive my replacement in a few days. Genae was a pleasure to speak with at Anker and would request her if I ever have to call in a warranty claim again. I’ll bet if Amazon packed it correctly it would have been just fine. But it also can in a box just floating around. I’m just going to start getting anything that a real electronic directly from the manufacturer or a smaller retailer who knows how to ship properly and just stick to getting dumb stuf and smaller things from Amazon.
