So I purchased the this blind based on reviews of both quality and customer support from manufacturer. One thing that stands out as others have stated in their reviews is customer support.. I was contacted by email and text prior to shipping, and day of delivery to make sure I was happy with the product. The only concern I had was the tube protecting the blind was split due to something heavy on it. I was lucky that I didn’t find any damage to the product. That being said, the lady from support forwarded the photo to their shipping department to see what they could do to improve on protecting the product.As far as quality, the material seems thick and robust enough to withstand the elements. As far as price, this company is on par with their competitors. The only thing I wish is I could have done is customized a bit more on size/length to fill the gap between the posts. Unfortunately, you can only customize the length to 98”….Thanks,Bob

Great custom sized outdoor blind to provide sun protection! I have a tiny house with lots of windows and needed extra sun protection for bedroom, this company provides great color selection (this one is their light grey and really pretty), they custom fit to your window/how you need to mount it, and super simple instructions to follow. Would be easier for 2 people to install but I did it myself, up & down the ladder a couple times!
Haven’t tested it out in winter/rain yet but holding up well with hot summer days so far!

The custom fit was perfect. I ordered the white blackout shade, which is a nice bright white that blocks the sun completely. The material is thick and good quality. The mechanism to roll the shade up and down is simple and works well. I would prefer if the hardware and brackets were bright white (they’re beige) but that was clear when I ordered. Well Built & Easy to Install

I installed these blackout blinds last week to my 16'x10' awning. It took a few days with customer service to agree on the exact size needed for my application. This was a good thing as the original size I had ordered would not have worked. I had a very tight schedule, but they still managed to build and deliver them on time. They were reasonably easy to install and they do the job quite well. They block the light and rain 100%. All parts seem to be heavy duty including the blackout fabric.
