When I look for resistance bands, I look for something that isn't going to shred, fray, or stretch out within a few uses. I like to go really hard on my workouts and so far these have stayed perfect. I'm really impressed with their quality. I have bigger thighs and I was able to get them around my thighs and even my butt without any problems.

Mostly, I use these to follow YouTube workouts, but I've also used them at the gym.
