UPDATE (February 29, 2024): The seller was very kind and replaced my cane. They didn't have to do it, but they did. I appreciate their kindness. I am 100% satisfied with this cane and would now buy again from this seller because of their good business ethics.
I purchased this cane on January 3, 2024, even though I could not use it yet. I wanted to be ready for when my orthopedic surgeon gave me the okay to start weight bearing with assistance (cane). Two weeks ago, I was able to start using this cane. After two weeks of use, the handle started to become wobbly. As I was walking into a store today, the handle completely broke and caused me to become unstable on my feet. I reached out to Amazon for a replacement (not a refund), but because I bought it 5 weeks ago, they could not help me. All I wanted was a replacement on a mobility device that should have been sturdier than with 2 weeks of use. The Amazon customer service rep gave me a link to the seller's page. Guess what, they follow Amazon's policy and will not replace my cane. I guess I will be out $29.00 plus tax. Thanks for nothing. Buyer beware!
