I love this deep fryer you can use both sides at one time or however you want to. At first i thought it wasnt going to work because it looks like its used for a restaurant but it works great. You will not regret it. Also there is a reset button in the back...

It's much bigger than I anticipated!
This thing is huge! Didn't think it was this big but I love the way it cooks. I love that I can do fish and fries at the same time! It even has temp suggestions for fries, fish, and chicken. Oh yeah I used different outlets for each plug. If it won't reach just use a drop cord or surge protection cord. Cleaning the heating component takes a bit more time than the other parts but not too bad. Just make sure you're wearing gloves because YOU WILL GET CUT. I suggest sanding around the bin/container edges if you have the equipment. Other than finding a place to store it and buying enough oil to fill it its a satisfying purchase.

loved this deep fryer, as a home chef it really allowed me to deep fry food with out a mess. I only used it a couple times a year, but the times I did had great results. Today I plug in and smell the fumes of burning wires and see smoke coming from inside the unit, even after unplugging the unit continued to burn. Unit was filled with oil and was hooked up properly. Needless to say I am disposing of both heating units, as I would have to be insane to plug it in. I feel like amazon should refund my money based of this.

I really liked the convenience of it having 2 sides and how large it is but it would not heat up. I have never had a problem or issue with anything that I purchased from Amazon but sometimes things happen and they are defective and this was one of them. I’m just sorry I didn’t get to use it
