Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Find it quite funny when this item arrived it had a Home Depot return slip, if I had done more research I could of pick this item up from Home Depot for half the price but that’s on me.
This stuff is magic! It works exactly as advertised. Granite slab joints are solid. I even used it to anchor an eye bolt into stucco and it held instantly.
This is awesome. I have used superglue for years but this spray accelerator is something else. put a little glue on one surface and quickly spray SMALL amount of accelerator on the other surface and touch together. Almost instant bond. very helpful.

I bought this about 6 months ago without any immediate need for it ... i just found the marketing material -that- compelling :). Today I used it for the first time to assemble a lot of wooden parts for a box customized to hold and position and cool assorted external disk drives. At first I tried using a hot glue gun .. then I tried superglue, and then I got out the instabond. The instabond turned out to be the perfect material for this. It has a reasonable working time but is still quite handily quick without using the activator spray. It didnt share the limitations of the superglue I had ... poor performance on end grain (the wood just drank the glue) and inability to handle gaps. When using the activator spray it is just magical :). very very handy being able to position the parts with the glue being liquid then instantly bond with a touch of the spray. The bond seemed very very strong, producing a rigid joint even when the mating surface had very small area. A very worthy capability to add to my toolbox! I didnt order the product on this site, because at the time I found I could order it less expensively elsewhere.
In all cases that I've used this product the connection between glued parts only lasted 3 weeks or less. I'm not sure of the shelf life of the product but, after some time (months) the adhesive becomes unusable even when stored as directed (closed original container, in the refrigerator). I wouldn't purchase again as it doesn't conform to my specs which are: fast curing, strong bond over a wide variety of materials.long lasting bond, long shelf life.
