This product arrived having leaked during shipment. Dye was on the tin and the box it arrived in. I contacted customer service and they issued me a refund since it cannot be returned. After cleaning up the tin, I still used it.I loaned one pair of my boots to an inexperienced line dancer for a weekend. When I got them back, there were scratches, scuffs, and larger gouged out areas. These boots are very old, so it didn't break my heart, but I wanted to find a way to make them look a little less rough.This product works well on the small damage and giving the boots a nice finish. I wasn't expecting anything in existence to truly hide the big damage, but this product did do a good job of making the areas less noticeable. You can still see where they are, but I would now wear these out without being embarrassed. This did as well as I think anything could have.I've included a couple before and afters. I used the Oxblood color.

    I know there are other folks who make and sell shoe polish. I haven't tried them all, but there can't be a better product than the stuff made by Kiwi. I have a very nice pair of dress shoes that hadn't been polished in...I can't even remember how long. So, they didn't look very nice. Kiwi fixed that in just a few minutes. Now they look almost brand new, very shiny. I like my shoes looking as though is spent an afternoon polishing and buffing them when I actually did something else. Talk about a win-win!

    Having opened many, MANY tins of Kiwi polish while in the Army, I soon learned that the easiest way to tell a good, fresh can of polish is whether or not the polish is cracked when you open it. If it's cracked it's old and drying out. These weren't cracked.

    Kiwi, as always, delivers a high quality product that's fresh and full of wax. Fast shipping from the retailer and a consistent shine across all my brown boots and shoes. This is a darker brown that will definitely recolor your boots/shoes if they are of a lighter tan. So look for a tan color if your boots/shoes are lighter than medium brown.

    No complaints here and the price is right.
