  • Tenderizing Made Easy: All it takes to tenderize instead of slice is to remove the easy-off top and replace the slicer roller with the other tenderizer roller. Our tenderizer is capable of tenderizing tough meat cuts up to 1-1/4" thick.

If you're looking to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat, up to 1-1/4" thick, remove the easy-off top and replace the slicer roller with the other tenderizer roller. This machine is perfect for chefs, homemakers, and culinary enthusiasts who desire to make their own foods. Chute dimensions are 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 8" and this equipment includes one slicer roller and two tenderizer rollers. Each unit has an LEM 0.5 HP motor. Will not cut through even the tiniest bit of fat. The slab will come out looking like an accordion. Biggest waste of money.
