Notes:

1. NOT USING the Heating Pad attachment while sleeping. The heating pad attachment needs to be monitored when using at all times.

2. If you choose to use it with the heating function, connect the USB cable to the pillow and plug it into a power bank, PC, USB adapter or other USB connected devices(5V=1A charger/DC USB input), then you will depress the button, and it comes on, you can choose the appropriate temperature of the controller is adjusted according to your needs.

*(This product can't be recharged, it can only keep the USB cable connected to the power supply to use the heating function. There is no plug or power supply in the package, only the USB cable.)

3. A single heating does not exceed 30 minutes. Long-term use of the hot compress function may accumulate a large amount of heat and burn the skin, to avoid heat accumulation to cause physical discomfort, and the specific can be adjusted according to the individual's feelings. If the heating is too fast, you can use clothing to separate, use the controller to adjust the temperature or temporarily turn off the power. It is not recommended to use hot compress for a long time, if used for a long time, a large amount of heat will accumulate and cause the neck temperature to be too high.

* (With the length of heating use time and environmental problems, there may be a difference in heating temperature of about 3 degrees. For example, if the room is cold, there is a lot of heat loss.)

4. When the weather gets cold, the pillow will harden. After receiving the pillow, it is recommended to put it in a warm room for about 24 hours. It will become soft, or if you use the heating function directly, the pillow will gradually become soft.

5. When washing, remove the outer pillowcase for cleaning, and then store it in a ventilated and dry place to prevent direct sunlight. When washing, the color of other clothes may be transferred to the product, so please do not wash it together with other items.(The inner pillow cannot be cleaned.)

    This neck roll was somewhat stiffer than I was expecting. So, it was a little difficult for me as a smaller person, 5' 1", to get in just the right spot with this neck roll. It did provide support & the heat especially felt good at times when my neck was really flaring. However, I did learn to use caution with use because I fell asleep with the heat on medium setting & ended up with a burn on my neck that blistered. Next time, I will be sure to use a lower setting and a light towel to protect my neck from direct contact. Other than that, I actually really appreciate having this for helping relieve my chronic neck pain. It does help. I would give it 5 stars if not for the burn issue.

    I've had problems with my neck for a few years and have been using a rolled up towel. I decided it was time to invest in something better. My chiropractor has recommended applying heat so this neck pillow seemed like a good choice.
    Given that it's a 'pillow' I expected it to have some give. It's really doesn't though. It's very hard and therefore NOT comfortable.
    It has 3 heat settings but I've found even the lowest one is too hot to have in direct contact with my skin for more than a couple of minutes.
    In order to use it I've been putting a fairly heavy piece of fabric over it. I don't feel the heat as much as I'd like this way but at least it's usable.

    This plugs into a USB port. It does get hot quickly, but the bad news is that when I turned it down to medium or low (because the hot is pretty hot!), it turns off. I tried unplugging in tried it for multiple days but that never resolved itself.
    Also, the light indicator is SUPER bright which might be ok, but if I'm laying down in dark room, it is very distracting.
    I did reach out to customer service (responded to an email they sent after purchase) and told them the issues. They responded with some questions about if I had done this thing or when it happened, etc but I wasn't going to spend more time trying to troubleshoot the issue.
    Unfortunately, I sent it back since it just wasn't going to work for me. Good idea, but didn't quite work like I expected.

    This feels nice in your neck when it's stiff or just needs a bit of relaxation. I only gave it a 4 rating because I'm not sure about the rolling part. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't see how it rolled to help the neck. The heat still feels nice and the angle of the product is comfortable.
