I bought these for back to school. I have 3 kids and they all needed various quantities of everything including eraser caps. I bagged up the right amount for each kid and still have plenty leftover to breath new life into our pencils at home (and possibly for next year too). They are the classic pink design and aren't the shinny rubber ones that don't erase well where the top rips off as soon as you use it. These are like the ones I had as a kid and I am very pleased with them.

4-Integra Pencil Cap Eraser

if i ever need more erasers i will buy the Achieva Eraser Caps i think they were the best, they seemed to clean the paper the best and stay the cleanest by wearing away on there own and they were $4.81 for 144 half the price of Paper Mate Arrowhead witch i rated 2nd best. if i had nothing to compare each one to i would of been happy with any one of these brands. all of them do a descent job.

i remember using these in elementary school, and when I started blowing through the erasers on my mechanical pencil before I finished the pencil I decided to get some more of these. (these box will last me a life time!)
These erasers are the BEST! They work better than the one on the pencil, and you don't have to be stingy with your eraser anymore.
They don't smudge or anything. I like the brand new ones because the sharp edge is GREAT! once they start wearing down you can't be as precise, but usually that doesn't matter if you're just doing writing and stuff.

I was excited to try these out, since my kids go through the original eraser on their pencils so quickly. I had some pink arrowhead ones by papermate that worked great, so I thought I'd give these a try, because they looked similar in appearance. Alas, not all erasers are made alike. Within five minutes, six of the seven kids had erasers break off the top of the pencil, and even the one that did stay on did not erase well at all. I was trying to save a little money; it's a waste, because they don't work. On the plus side, Amazon was great at facilitating their return.
