    I don't know if its all the preservatives or different preparation but snack food doesn't taste as good as it did when I was a kid. Things like cheese curls, cheese nips, potato chips, Twinkies especially and much more all used to taste awesome and I have never been able to find anything these days that matches the great taste of those days in the '60's & '70's. Everthing these days tastes fake. I was real disappointed in this product and wish I hadn't bought it in bulk. Being Orville Redenbacher I presumed it would be good but its no better than Old Dutch popcorn or any other flavored popcorn I have found.

    A pretty tiny bag for the price- like chips the bag is mostly air. But, I tried it as an alternative to having to make popcorn on movie night, or having to stock different kinds of microwavable popcorn. It was astonishigly salty (eve my husband complained about the salt). But, because it was so salty the tiny bag worked for our family's movie-night popcorn, mostly because you can't eat more than a handful. So disappointing.

    I really like this popcorn. It costs a little more than your average bag of popcorn, but I think it's definitely worth it. It's still less expensive than the stuff in gourmet popcorn shops. And it's higher quality than regular popcorn, too -- big, puffy pieces, and I love how orange it is! It's really nuclear-level orange..you definitely need a napkin when enjoying this stuff. I don't understand the complaints about salt in the other reviews. I love the flavor & hope this brand sticks around for a long time.
