Excellent purchase
Fits perfectly next to my keyboard like it should be there. The numbers are quite large, which I thought was silly at first but now I like. Easy to install, no drivers or software needed. When I bought my keyboard I didn't think I would need the 10-key but I was wrong. I would recommend this for anyone else in the situation.

    ...the wireless USB adapter isn't very durable. I do like the keypad itself; it has a nice layout, and works smoothly.
    However, the small wireless USB adapter seems rather fragile. Initially, I left the USB adapter plugged into my laptop, but I found in sliding the laptop in and out of a carrying bag, the USB adapter would sometimes snag on the laptop sleeve. After a while, the USB adapter tended to come apart, with the plastic pieces being left at the bottom of my laptop sleeve. I've gone to removing this USB adapter before putting my laptop into the carrying bag, but the damage is done, and I often find myself reassembling the USB adapter in order to use it, and I have on occasion had to extract parts of it from the laptop with a pair of tweezers. I prefer the PERIPAD-205U, which is the same basic numeric keypad, but is wired rather wireless. I really wanted to like this wireless keypad, but the fragility of USB adapter is a deal breaker for me.

    I wanted to like this brand but listen, I first got the 202u model. It double typed when you pressed the keys quickly. Okay I returned it and got this model, the 205u. Better build, enter key is slightly wonky otherwise great until the period key doesn't work. It's mapped to DEL whether NumLock is on or off. You can fix this with 3rd party keymap software luckily but still. Never buying anything with a Perixx logo again. 2 products 2 defects and consistent defects. They let them ship like this.
