The markings are very discreet (compared to some of the ostentatious "humorous" markings on other measuring wine glasses) and it is fairly durable. I would suggest hand washing to keep the markings from being worn off in the dishwasher over time.

I admit it I'm a sucker for fine wine stems. This one is a winner. Not only do you get the coveted 'Mr Picky" logo but also a glass designed to enfold and release your favorite vintage.
