Constantly peels off
Ive had this wallpaper up for about 2 months, and while I love the pattern, it doesn’t stick. We did everything right- cleaned the walls beforehand, used a card to adhere it to the wall as we applied it, everything. It was kind of a pain to apply (like everything peel and stick) so I really don’t want to redo it. It’s been falling down regularly since the first week we put it up. It sits above our headboard, so it doesn’t get touched/interacted with at all. I’ve gotten to the point where I just put double sided tape on an area where it won’t stay up when I try to press it back down. I took that picture of it lifting and smoothed it back down before I wrote this review. Within the 3 minutes this has taken me, it’s already come up again.

    While beautiful and a great (somewhat neutral-ish) way to upscale a space, there are a few issues. The black dye transfers a bit to whatever you use to smooth the paper (hands, tool, etc). If too much black dye comes off, it turns white and that section is trashed. It is VERY challenging to separate from itself if the sticky sides connect. It adheres well to textured walls but don't smooth too much or the texture will start popping through the back of the paper. The pattern isn't super tricky to match up but a few times I couldn't get an exact match up because the prints of each room where ever so slightly different. This paper reflects light. Considering it is primarily dark, it is obvious where there are any flaws in application when light hits it. I've used mine in an already dark entry way and the second a light goes on, it's very shiny. If you prefer a more matte or already textured wallpaper, this is smooth and shiny.

    All this to say, I'm enjoying the design. But, if you're new to peel n stick, take your time and really be strategic.
