The vent covers are manufactured in the USA using high precision laser cut machine allowing us to cut to any shape or size meeting our customers’ needs. Using the latest, most sophisticated technology available, it is now possible to cut complex shapes and design patterns in various materials.
We use high quality cell cast acrylic material (Grade A+). It will not deteriorate after many years of service because of the inherent stability of acrylic. Acrylic plexiglass can be used at temperatures from -40°F (-40°C) up to+200°F (93°C), depending on the application. It is recommended that temperatures not exceed 180°F for continuous service, or 200°F for short period of time. This product is maintenance free, since no corrosion, rust or mold will be formed on this material.
