This chair came right out of the box ready to use. The only assembly is attaching the cup holder and tying on the chair pad. The pad is plush and looks nice. The chair is very comfy especially if you have low back pain. . I purchased the XXL even though I’m not large. It’s not too big and the larger size adds extra comfort. We use it on the back porch but can easily be brought inside. The chair is easy to get in and out of. We liked it so much I ordered a 2nd one.

Update April 14, 2023 - I contacted the seller through Amazon, explained the mix-up and gave them an ultimatum - either pay to have these two chairs shipped back and send me the correct chairs, or refund me the difference in price. Mind you, refunding me the difference does not make me whole as I wanted the larger size, but I know they won't want to spend the money for shipping these back and shipping me the correct ones, so I figured I'd have issues swinging that. Sure enough, they opted to refund me the difference. Today, I received that refund, so they did the right thing. There are other posts, here with the same mixup, but no details about any fixes. If you order the XL size, make sure to check the size when you get it. If I hadn't, I would have overpaid and never knew it. The chair itself seems fine so far with some very minor issues. If I have any significant issues with the quality in the next two years, I will definitely update this post.April 11, 2023 - I'm Asian and I am appalled at the quality control of the Chinese. Embarassed!!! I ordered this XL size and what I got, based on measurements, was their standard size Splendor zeto-gravity chair which sells for $99. Albeit, I just got this delivered today, so I can't yet attest to the quality of the build, but I can already see some faulty workmanship. A couple of the rivets are loose and jangle from side to side. I have posted pictures of some rivets of both chair arms from the inside view. The rivet on the right arm shows the smooth rivet head while the other arm show the indented tail end of a rivet. The rivet direction don't mirror each other as they should. This shows lack of attention to detail. I have read other comments here regarding the bait and switch on the size, but I believed it was an honest mistake, but now I'm not so sure. They're either sloppy or shady. Don't buy from these guys!!!

It's been more than 2 months since I received a chair, and I've had a great time for relaxing with it after a hard day. Its comfy-enough, easy to install, and have small tables on each side, big enough for your remote control and drinks.And I'm 6 '1 "and 292 pounds,this chair is good enough to support me, but my legs hang out a bit when lying flat on my back, chair doesn't recline flat, but not a problem. Pad is thick and soft, and when it gets hot, I will remove the mat when I use,permeability looks great. There is a trick, it can be a little difficult to lean back at first, you can try to kick the footrest position with your heels instead of pushing hard on handrails. Over all, I recommend this chair. If you choose it, I hope you can have a relaxing time with it too.
