This is such a fun and classic game and I love that it has alittle Disney twist to it. My kids have so much fun playing this Operation Buzz Lightyear game and it brings back so many fun memories of my childhood. I Highly Recommend This Game!
My son is a huge Toy Story fan, so this was a perfect present for him. I was glad to hear that it doesn't make the old buzzing noise. Now it sounds like Buzz's laser. The construction could be a little better...seems a little flimsy. My son gets a little upset at times because he can't get the toy item out each time. I think I did too when I was younger. Great board game and I do recommend it.

This is a fun update on a classic game. My 4-year-old grandson enjoys it, although it is a challenge. With concentration he is able to do just fine and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to 4 and up if they have reasonably good finger dexterity. I did find a few of the pieces to be difficult to identify and there is one that simply doesn't look like anything, so we move it around. Also, be aware that the game pieces are really tiny If you have a Buzz Lightyear fan in your house, this is a fun addition to a game supply.
I loved the game operation when I was a child. I bought this to help my son improve his fine motor skills. We have not played it yet but I am so excited because they changed the buzz. It is not that annoying loud buzz that was on my game. We are huge toy story fans so I was pleased to find this.
What a great find! Our 4 yr. old grandson wanted to have the Operation game for one of his birthday presents. And he loves Buzz Lightyear. When we saw this was available, we were real excited to see his response. He jumped up and down he was so happy. So I would say it was a winner.
This is definitely one of the cheap made in china toys.
Absolutely no fun or educational value. The tweezers are very difficult even for adults to use let alone a 4 year old. It is a very silly game for older kids (you could expect only 3-5 year olds to play with it).
My 4 year old lost interest after playing the first few times. The parts are small, cheap and delicate.
