I use ladders on a daily basis for my job and currently own 14 ladders. Everything from extension ladders, A-frame, step, articulated, multipurpose and telescoping. In my truck, you will typically only ever find three ladders: two USTEPS telescoping (9.5' and 11.5') and a multipurpose (Little Giant). Those three ladders get me onto most roofs, into all attics and most every interior/exterior surface necessary. I've previously owned and used a different brand of telescoping ladder and it was good but after having used the USTEPS for two years, I can say that these are great and outperform their competitors. Superior quality, thoughtful features and improved safety over other telescoping ladders. Will soon be adding the 13.5' to my ladder lineup. The adjustable feet are awesome and quickly adjust to uneven surfaces. As with all telescoping ladders, use only as intended, follow the instructions and make sure that all rungs are locked before climbing. Never had a failure yet with any telescoping ladder.
