    I liked the airplane's songs but this CD was the worst one they ever recorded. Maybe I don;t take drugs and that's why it does nothing for me and it was at a concert.
    I can only say I love their other CDs.
    I bought another of theirs with the White Rabbit and they sounded terrific. I guess they were cleaned out of drugs then. I gave this one away to a neighbor and they said they heard them once. they said they'd take it. They're a little younger then me. Maybe they'll
    like it. Sorry, I can't.

    Glad to see this reviewed here, and my suspicion about it confirmed. It is the Airplane; there's no mistaking Slick and Balin. I, too, bought the Master Tone edition for small money, and noted its far-too-current sound production on these old tunes. I figured that it must be from the 1989 reunion, and sure enough...

    Like other reviewers, it will not be an item that I will feed my CD player very often, but it is interesting in that they demonstrate they remember these songs, and can play them exactly as they did in the '60s.

    The '89 reunion vintage argues that the spare guitarist is Peter Kaukonen.
