While the results I got were not drastic, I am happy with the results I got. I will say that I am glad I paid close attention to the instructions. Here's what I did:
I used this in conjunction with Redken Blondage shampoo. I put the shampoo in my hair, clipped my hair up on my head, put on a shower cap. Left it on for 3-5 minutes. Rinsed it out. I used surgical gloves as recommended so it wouldn't stain my hands, however, with gloves on, it can be hard to know when you've got enough shampoo in your hair, and when you've rinsed it all out.
Next, I applied the Blondage Mask (this product), clipped my hair up, put on a shower cap, and left it on my hair for 9-10 minutes for maximum results. It said to avoid scalp, so I did my best there. Rinsed it out (at this point I was no longer using gloves because they're a pain and you can't tell if your hair is thoroughly rinsed or not). Wasn't sure if I got enough in my hair, so I chose to do a round of conditioner afterward (just my usual conditioner than I use normally so my hair would be nice and smooth).
After drying my hair, my hair color had definitely changed. Not drastically, but I can tell the brassy look is mostly gone. Happy with my results. Will use again in the near future, as I've been doing weekly hair lightning spray to avoid salon expenses.

It does not make hairs very violet but do the right job. The quality of hairs is also great after using this product.

So, I was really skeptical about this product since I've tried so many different ones before with no success. The bottle says to leave in for 10-20 minutes but when I left it in for 20 minutes, there was almost no change. I tried it again the next day but I left it in for 45 minutes ("After" result photo). It's not as good as the salon but it did work.
I used gloves the first time but I didn't the second time and my skin and nails were NOT stained. I did scrub my hands a bit with soap once I finished putting the product in my hair.
Lastly, I should mention that my hair is thick, wavy/curly, and my natural hair color is a very dark brown with some red hair here and there.
