Bottom line: the adjustable straps saved my life, good grip, great arch support, good for mild hiking and cute color! I have big feet for a woman and I am completely flat footed and I was very comfortable being active in the shoe.Full story on why I love these: I’m not a hiker, but I love me a lil secluded waterfall every now and then, I got these for a “mild” hike that I was supposed to go on with friends but the sneakers I had always made my feet hot and take forever to dry once wet. We enjoyed our time at the waterfall but on the way back we had a sudden torrential downpour. So in nothing but a bikini and these sandals I made my way through the rivers, climbing over rocks and through the forest back to the path. When I tell you these things stayed STRAPPED. Usually the sandals would catch the in the water and my toes would slip forward uncomfortably. Not once did it happen. The heel stayed in place even walking through running water. And for the most part it didn’t let the little peebles get into the shoe. Now I must say if something does get under your foot like sand or peebles you will need to release the straps and rinse it and put it on tight again before moving on because it’s almost impossible to shake out once it’s there. My recommendation is also that if the shoe gets wet while wearing it, take it off and let it dry for two or so minutes because it will take a min to dry while wearing and your foot may get pruney (small problem to me, as it is basically a side effect of it fitting so well).Side note I also wore these to the beach, not that great in sand, not a major fault of the shoe, I like to walk in the water at the beach and the sand gets stuck because of the great fit of the shoe.

    I bought Chacos for a recent trip because everyone seems to love them, and I HATED the.. I bought these while looking for an alternative. These sandals are amazing! I was looking for something comfy with good arch support, and these delivered.

    Here’s where they really stood out: I broke my baby toe (not in these shoes, don’t worry), and they were still great to wear. I was able to adjust the straps to give my toe some support while keeping everything else comfortable.

    Overall, they’re durable, practical, and a good price. Give them a try.

    First time doing a review on anything I have bought. My family decided to do a trip and go to Universal for 5 days. This led to my search for something comfortable and that could get wet (tennis shoes sucked when they were wet from rain). I spent days looking at all different types of sandals. I didn't want to spend a lot because everyone in my family was getting shoes (5 of us). Finally I just decided I would by these. They were on the cheaper end so if they didn't work out I wouldn't be as bothered. Ordered literally just days before we had to leave. When they arrived all I did was try them on to see if they fit. The fit is true to size, I wear a 7 1/2 and that is what I ordered. When I say these are the most comfortable sandals it's true. The first two days we spent 8 hrs at the park each day. NEVER once did my feet hurt!!! They did not need any breaking in, nothing. Never had issues with the grip when it was raining, my feet never slipped while wet, even wore them to the water park and into the lazy river, they held up perfectly. They are great even if you have a narrow foot or skinny ankles. I seem to have a problem with that sometimes, they may not fit because straps don't go that tight. These, no problem I could of went tighter if I needed too, and the strap didn't hang over a bunch after being tighten like some can. Our previous trip I wore tennis shoes and my feet were literally killing me by the end of every day, not with these. Everyone else bought crocs and they would complain every day about how their feet hurt. So glad I bought these.
