Good curtains, love the Velcro
These are nice curtains for French style doors. I love the Velcro adhesion, and found it very easy to install. It comes with two Velcro strips, but I only needed one. I’m not sure if the other is meant to be extra or for the bottom but I’ve stashed it for another day. There are straps also to hold these up if you want some light into your room. They hold up the curtain great.The blackout effect is phenomenal and works great—full privacy. Now I just need to get another one for the other door we have.

    I had ordered this when temps in the Midwest dropped to below zero. I have a very drafty old door between my inclosed porch and my living room. It was easy enough to put up though I wish the included Velcro strips were just the size of the product rather than needing to be trimmed to fit. This was simple enough. The panel worked great to block the cold air that usually came in through this door. There was such a noticeable difference! However when it came time to roll it up, the small Velcro strip that is sewn into the top to attach the straps was already coming undone before use. I had to meticulously hold down the Velcro to remove the safety piece (manufacturer placed to avoid pilling I assume) and it continued to pull the sewn own Velcro off. It is holding on now but I will need to take this all down to hand sew and reattach. I couldn’t nail the fold that is advertised but rolling from behind worked well enough. I will also say it doesn’t look very fancy but it DOES work very well at blocking drafts, which is why I still gave it 3 stars!

    This fits my door window perfectly. It's the right width and length. It does a great job as a blackout curtain. It also looks nice and matches the green in my kitchen very well. It rolls up easily to let the light in during the day and the design is pretty, even if it's a bit simple.

    I'm very pleased with this door panel. I needed something to cover a back door to a laundry area with opened onto a multiuse alley. I wanted something totally blackout and was concerned when some comments said lighter color choices were not as black on the reverse side. I still needed a lt. gray on the front so I took my chances. The fabric is heavy enough to hang well, and dense enough to be totally blackout. It is fit to a storm door and so has little side area for fullness without catching in the door's opening. As this door is vinyl I wasn't sure how to hang a panel over this window but the velcro provided is perfect. Additional pieces were included to secure the edges of the panel.
    The "fold-up" intention of the panel is a little laborious and I find it easier to lift one edge to the top panel and clip it to the valance with a matching chip clip. Much faster and very secure. This blackout panel is working very well for us and I'm happy to recommend it.
