The drawer for filing is very flimsy and only the top drawer locks. I wish I had read every detail before I purchased - I would have just spent the extra money on a more durable cabinet. However, Amazon sells drawer key lock kits at a low price, so there is a work around if you’re concerned with HIPAA compliance.
