Customer Review

My swiffer was not impressing me, seemed to mostly push the dirt around, so I wanted an actual mop.

I loved the idea of the two chamber system but was cautiously optimistic. I was wrong to be worried, it works quite well and the water tank seems rather well proportioned to mop nearly an entire home (2,100 sqft of all hardwood).

Once filled, the tank will be a little off balance when lifted to carry, it leans to one side but short of bending the laws of gravity that can’t be helped. Or could it? Wheels would’ve made this less of an issue for sure. That said, I haven’t really had it splash or spill while moving it and, good news, if it did either of those things I have a mop handy.

I’m using it without cleaner (as specified) and it’s cleaning very well. I think the mop heads have some kind of cleaning agent in it as the dirty water was a little sudsy.

My only genuine complaint is the mop rod I was given. Rather than being a length adjustable one, I got a 3 piece twist together with no ability to adjust. This makes storage a little more annoying but not a deal breaker. I deducted one star for this because this should be upfront info with the option to wait for the mop rod of your preference. That said, sending me the 3 piece rod is probably why it arrived so quickly, I think I got it in 2 days?

    TL;DR
The mop cleans hardwood great, The multi chamber system is great but a little awkward to carry when filled, you MAY get a non length adjustable mop rod.
