      The vacuum cleaner as a product is wonderful. It has good suction and blower. Does the job well. The attachments are really useful n of good quality. I picked this over Eureka, Phillips and Karcher. The body is sturdy. Only issue is with the service. No demo by either Amazon or Kent. Called up multiple time was assigned a demo guy but no one turned up. The Kent app also doesn't have this product listed. So not sure of after sales service.

      I called customer care to understand which model of product would suit me better before purchasing. They gave me the contact number of regional sales manager, I spoke to Harihara Kumar Regional Sales Manager he don't know anything about there own products & brand, he said every exicutives are Newly hired & nobody knows anything about ther own product & hence can't assist customers. He gave number of his subordinate Area Sales Manager, I spoke to area sales manager Shankar, he too don't know anything after 2 days of following up he just sent me the screenshot from company website & asked me to do a self reserch and buy the product which I would feel better.

      I again call customer care number, they just said sorry & said will arrange a call back, I didn't receive any call back even after waiting for 15 days.

      Hopefully Amazon would post this review so that people can understand the reality before buying the product.
