A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.

A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).

A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.

A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.

A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

A: Tracking your ANLEY order is quick and easy! Here are three convenient methods to choose from:

1. For Logged-In Users: Simply visit the "My Orders" page on our website. There, you'll find the status of your order, along with the carrier information and tracking number.

2. For Guests (No Login Required): Just enter your order ID and email address to receive the latest update on your order status.

   To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.

(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)

STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.

A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.

A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

A: Our window decals are made from high-performance 2-mil cast film which is a high-quality adhesive vinyl. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

A: Yes! you can choose to design your window decal as as square/rectangle, circle/oval, custom shape. Simply select these options from the shape dropdown in the design tool. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions about the various shape options you have for your window decal!

A: Custom window decals can be used both for a home or business setting. Home uses include signs declaring no soliciting, no trespassing, security signage, etc. Business uses are far more common and can be used for everything from business hours to sales and promotions to posting store rules

A: Yes! This option is called inside glass and is made possible by a reverse print on an opaque material. Please contact us at [email protected] for design support if you want to discuss the details.

A: The decal’s lifespan will naturally be shortened when used for exterior use rather than interior use. While this is true we do print with a UV ink that prevents scratching, abrasions and fading. Thus, assuming that the decal is installed properly your printed design should remain vibrant for several years with the decal firmly adhered to your window.

A: After installation your decal can be cleaned on a regular basis with a wet rag or cloth that is non-abrasive. This will help keep your decal free of dirt, grime, dust and more. This is especially true if your decal is placed outside.

A: You can remove your decal by simply peeling it away from the window or surface upon which it was applied. Any residual adhesive can be removed with common window cleaner.

A: With proper care and placement, your decal can last up to 3 years. Exterior use that results in constant exposure to the elements and/or poor installation or maintenance can decrease the lifespan of the decal. Notwithstanding, exterior usage should still result in a decal that lasts 1-2 years.
