      I am writing this review to caution new buyers based on personal experience. I will make sure this is unbiased by sharing both pros and cons of the apartments at the end. One thing that everyone must know that once you move in, your rent will only see an increase. I moved in 2021 at a rate of approx. $1150/mo. for a 1 Bed Bath. The rent was increased to approx. $1320 in May 2022, owing to "market circumstances". What really hurt is the lease renewal offer in May 2023. When the market rate on the website is $1,300, the lease renewal offer is a approx. $100 more than the market offer. So, the market circumstances don't apply now? Clearly the interest of existing residents isn't a priority. Funny thing - move out and move in the next day to a new unit and you will get the new rate. I highly suspect that will be the case for each and every new resident every year going forward. So, be sure that your rent will increase once you have moved in. How am I confident? Well my lease renewal is more than market rate and there's nothing I can do about it. Now for an unbiased review: Pros - Very good service, very good apartment layout, parking isn't a concern, beautiful trail nearby Cons - Very pricey vs competition (so questionable ROI), on the outskirts of the city

      Wonderful complex with super spacious and luxurious apartments. We recently moved in and I am already in love with our new home. Wendy and Claire were amazing to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. The area the community is in is super convenient to everything and the community itself is gorgeous. There are tons of great amenities. The apartment itself is super quiet and perfect for what we need. I highly recommend this community!
