Can I Cancel My Order?
Before your order status changes to Prepared to Ship, you can cancel your order on our online Order Status page. You can cancel an Apple Store Pickup order anytime before you pick it up. You will be refunded via your original payment method.
Can I change my delivery address or other details?
Once your order is ready to ship or has been shipped, you cannot make changes to your order. If you have not yet received your shipping notification email, you can update your details online via Order Status. If you would like further assistance with your order, please contact an Apple Store Online representative on 1800-80-6419.
How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order online at any time by clicking Account at the top of the page and selecting Track Order or visiting Order Status. You can also view the current status of your order, view the items you’ve ordered and see estimated delivery or pickup times.
Depending on your order status, you can:
- Change your email address
- Change your shipping address
- Cancel an order or a product in your order
- Print payment documents
What time will my order be delivered?
Terengganu and Kelantan only
Sun to Thurs, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
All except Terengganu and Kelantan
Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Apple and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery but the carrier may contact you ahead of the delivery attempt.
- The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before eventually returning the shipment to Apple.
- Once your order is being prepared to ship or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
- You may contact the carrier directly to reschedule a delivery.
