Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
Where an item is not suitable for the intended application Astrolift will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
If an item has to be returned and Astrolift was not involved in the pre-purchase consultancy, return freight will be the customer's responsibility.
Returned items will incur a handling fee of 10%
