Katherine Cruz, 16, of Allentown, died on February 10, 2011 with her son, Matthew and grandmother, Ofelia, in her home. Born in New York City, she was the daughter of Manuel E. Cruz and Ana M. Paulino. She was a student at Allen High School. She was of the Catholic Faith. Survivors: Parents; brother, Alexander Pena; maternal grandparents, Maximo Paulino and Melida Paula; aunts, uncles and cousins. Services: Combined memorial services for Katherine, her son, Matthew and grandmother, Ofelia will be held at 8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton Streets, Allentown. Call 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Entombment in Grandview Mausoleum, Allentown.
