The terrain deformation system is a neat gimmick. Very 7th gen (complete with a scumbag rock ost). It makes racing incredibly unwieldy in a way not completely unlike Sonic 06. This is a complimentary comparison. You have to fight tooth and nail with the collision detection to stop yourself flying off in the wrong direction. Chaotic evil Trials in 3D.
It's alright. Boring career mode, doing tricks feels unintuitive, but fun to fuck around in. Plus the AI is hilarious.
Really good motocross game, definitely the best one in the franchise. It isn't flawless, and the championships felt a bit repetitive at times, but I haven't been able to find a game in the genre that was more enjoyable than this.
