Upon getting my Summer Cart, I decided to try out this game. I have a huge soft spot for USA, and Exotica was the only of the three I hadn't tried. Upon playing it, I felt that the game was probably worth some time investment. I think I really like a lot of this game's ideas, and I have a huge soft spot for low poly facsimiles of real world locations. They don't make em like they used to.
I own this game physically, but I played it on NSO (using save states pretty liberally by the end). While I do not think this is a great game, I think there is some novelty to the experience. I do recommend playing with save states because at times, the game feels almost unplayable if you're not taking it very slowly. The soundtrack is neat at least, and there are some unique level ideas.
