Here are some specifics:
The pot is all original except for 3 hooks and nuts and one L shoe that was missing. 3 vintage hooks and nuts were added along with a new L shoe. These are on the the back of the pot adjacent to the end bolt and can be seen in the pictures. The original dowel stick was missing, so I crafted a new one and used a vintage neck brace. The original skin head is a Joseph B.Rogers with his name on the underside. There is also some old writing on top of head.
The neck was crafted from 3 pieces. cherry?/mahogany/cherry. Fret board has mop position dots and a 26 1/4" scale. New planetary geared tuners. Peg head motif is a faux mop decal.
The banjo weighs in at 6 1/2 lbs. It notes true up and down the neck with low string action.
The banjo will be shipped insured with no case via USPS retail ground.
