• Maximum registration validity period is 12 hours after registration. If after registering you still experience failure, please come to Bank Jateng Main Branch Customer Service.
• Make sure the cellphone number that you registered at the ATM is a cellphone number that has been registered in the Bank System or is a cellphone number that has been registered with the ibanking.bankjateng.co.id service
