If you are unable to use your specific return form which is included in your parcel then please return using a collect+ label which you can print at home.
Returns Policy
We can accept a return within 28 days of purchase, or 14 days if purchased in the sale. The return needs to be in its original condition with tags attached. Unless faulty or not as described, we’re unable to accept items that have been personalised or that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, including underwear, boxer shorts, socks that have been tried on, or swimwear where the hygiene strip has been broken or is missing.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
If presented with a receipt, all unworn items purchased from 11th November 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 19th 2025 (excluding sale items). Sale items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. Without a receipt, items can be exchanged in store at the current selling price. All refunds will be made via the original payment method. Please note: some exceptionally large orders may be shipped in packaging larger than can be used for Evri returns. If your order is affected, please contact us and we will work with you to arrange an alternative.
How can I exchange my item for a different size?
For exchanges, we ask that you place a new order for the item(s) you require and return any unwanted items to us following the returns process.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Your refund will be transferred into your bank account within 14 days of posting your item(s). If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, please contact us. After 30 days have elapsed we are no longer able to make refunds.
What is excluded from your returns policy?
We cannot accept the return of any underwear, socks or masks for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns on any item which has been altered to your own specifications.

At present we are unable to accept store returns online, or returns from website orders to our stores. After 30 days have elapsed we are no longer able to make refunds. We apologise for this inconvenience.
