Sports Toto Berhad extends its presence into the Philippines through its subsidiary, Berjaya Philippines Inc, a publicly listed entity on the Philippine Stock Exchange. In partnership with its associate company, Prime Gaming Management Corporation, Sports Toto Berhad is actively involved in supplying and managing a computerised online lottery system operating in the Luzon Region. Berjaya Philippines Inc also operates the Berjaya Makati Hotel and is also the holding vehicle for the group’s H.R. Owen automotive business.

provider of computerised wagering equipment and systems, catering
to racing organisations and lotteries worldwide. ILTS has been at the
forefront of offering online lottery products and cutting-edge
technology since 1986, serving clients in twenty-two (22) countries.
Berjaya Gia Thinh Investment Technology Joint Stock Company
operates a nationwide computerised lottery in Vietnam, in partnership
with Vietnam Lottery One Member Company Limited, a state-owned
enterprise under the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance. It is 51%
owned by Berjaya Lottery Vietnam Limited, which is in turn 80%
owned by Berjaya Corporation Berhad and 20% owned by Sports
Toto Berhad. The lottery operation was officially launched in Ho Chi
Minh City, Vietnam on 18 July 2016 with its inaugural game, Mega
6/45 Lotto Jackpot Game. Starting with just four hundred (400)
terminals, it has since expanded to an impressive four thousand and
seven hundred (4,700) terminals spread across forty-nine (49)
provinces throughout Vietnam.

ENVIRONMENTAL
Berjaya Corporation Berhad’s environmental engineering services comprise the waste management and water treatment businesses.
These encompass the management of sanitary landfills, generation and sale of green electricity from landfill gas, collection and recycling
of Scheduled Waste (“SW”), including SW and non-SW from
industries nationwide, such as bio-sludge from sewerage and water treatment plants. The company provides public water services in the Philippines and China.
Floridablanca Enviro Corporation (“FEC”) is a subsidiary of Berjaya
Corporation Berhad. In 2018, FEC initiated its pilot Sanitary Landfill
project in the Philippines, known as the Floridablanca Enviro Park
Project – a Category IV Sanitary Landfill, the highest standard
achievable, ensuring maximum environmental protection. The landfill
is located on a 91-hectare property in Barangay, Pabanlag,
Floridablanca, Pampanga. It operates under the concept of
Design-Build-Operate-On and Invest (“DBOOI”). The facility aims to
address the long-term waste disposal needs of the provinces in
Central Luzon and surrounding areas.
AWF Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, runs three potable water treatment and supply plants in Boluo County Longxi Town, Guangdong Province, China under three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Boluo Longxi Water Supply Co. Ltd., Boluo Longxi Zhiwang Water Supply Co. Ltd., and Boluo Longxi Pengfa Water Supply Co. Ltd. The water treatment plants have a total production capacity of 100 million litres per day of treated potable water.
Floridablance Enviro Corporation (“FEC”) is a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, a public listed Malaysian conglomerate with diversified business. Amita Berjaya Sdn Bhd is licensed by the Department of Environment Malaysia to receive and manage industrial toxic and hazardous wastes (scheduled waste). Adhering to the cradle-to-cradle principle, Amita Berjaya utilises its proprietary green and sustainable technology to facilitate the complete recycling of scheduled waste, achieving a 100% recycling rate without any residual waste. It accomplishes this by transforming scheduled waste into alternative raw materials and alternative fuels, effectively replacing the need for mined natural raw materials and fossil fuels in the cement-making process.
