Exactly one year ago today, Billie Eilish released her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? Quarantined indoors with the rest of America probably isn’t how she envisioned celebrating the anniversary of 2019’s biggest album, but the 18-year old superstar made the most of it.
Playing for Fox’s iHeart Living Room Concert for America, Eilish went straight for her biggest hit, treating the Sunday night audience to an acoustic rendition of “Bad Guy.” Billie performed alongside her usual partner-in-crime Finneas, who added acoustic guitar and backing vocals to his sister’s soulful singing. Relaxed and low-key, Eilish had no trouble putting on a show while sprawled out on the couch.

Eilish is one of countless artists whose 2020 touring plans were interrupted by the COVID-19 outbreak. Earlier this month, she announced the postponement of numerous dates on her Where Do We Go? tour.
But Eilish and her brother were more than game to put their free time toward a good cause. The iHeart Living Room Concert for America racked up charitable donations for Feeding America and First Responders Children’s Foundation, two organizations helping those affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Hosted by Elton John, the hour-long special also featured at-home performances from Alicia Keys, Sam Smith and many others.
